I’d like to start my first posting by highlighting the overwhelming amount of evidence that has been piling up this year about the increasing importance of an online strategy for small cap companies. The past year has shaken the investment world to the bone. We are seeing a recovery now, but you can never go back to your old investment strategy. The most recent research indicates that you may not be around in a few years if that’s what you’re using now. Too much has changed globally.

Data that is coming out is clearly pointing to the fact that the future of investor relations is indisputably online. So why are 90% of small cap companies only using static website strategies, when 78% of investors are conducting most of their research online? Read the rest of this entry »
